改性环氧海工专用重防腐蚀涂料在原油码头钢管桩涂层修复中的应用

摘　　要：采用改性环氧海工专用重防腐涂料,通过海上钢管桩表面喷砂及刮涂作业的方法,对华德石化原油码头2个泊位的钢管桩潮差区、浪溅区、大气区破损涂层进行修复。修复后涂层经过4a的使用后仍完好,钢管桩没有锈蚀,说明这种涂料有良好的耐海水腐蚀性能和耐磨性能,适合用于码头钢管桩潮差以上部分的修复。Modified epoxy marine heavy anti-corrosion paint was used to repair the broken coating layer on the splash zone, tidal zone and atmospheric zone of the steel pipe piles in two berths of crude oil terminal of Huade petrochem Co, by sandblasting and knife coating method. After use for 4 years, the repaired coating was still in good condition and there was no corrosion on the steel pipe piles. It is indicated that the coating has good resistance to seawater corrosion and abrasion, and is suitable for repairing the part above tidal zone of wharf steel pipe piles.
