摘  要:随着计算机集成度越来越高,CPU散热问题日益突出。提出了一种新型金属与聚合物复合式CPU散热器,并基于热力学平衡原理,采用有限元分析软件对不同翅片材料和结构的散热器进行了研究。模拟结果表明:金属-聚合物复合CPU散热器可以达到金属CPU散热器相当的散热性能,当其翅片高度均为50 mm时,两者的温度差仅为0.73℃。金属-聚合物矩形微结构CPU散热器的散热性能优于金属散热器的散热性能。The heat dissipation problem of CPU had become increasingly prominent with the computer integration becoming higher and higher. A new type heat radiator,metal-olymer composite CPU heat exchanger was introduced. Moreover, the CPU heat exchanger with different fin materials and structures were studied by the finite element analysis software,based on thermodynamic principle. Results showed that the heat dissipation performance of metal-polymer CPU radiator was no different than the heat dissipation performance of metal CPU radiator. When the fin height was 50 mm, the temperature difference was only 0. 73℃. The heat dissipation performance of metal-polymer composite rectangular microstructure CPU radiator was better than the cooling performance of metal radiator.
