摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)和成核剂的共混物。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热变形温度仪(HDT)、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)等研究了成核剂对PLLA结晶行为和耐热性能的影响,并结合二维广角X射线衍射(2D-WAXS)研究了PLLA及其共混物在不同温度拉伸过程中的结晶和取向行为。结果表明:酰胺类化合物(TMC-328)能提高PLLA的结晶速率和结晶度。在110℃等温结晶时,PLLA成核样品的半结晶时间由纯PLLA的1.79 min缩短至0.53 min。在高于玻璃化转变温度(Tg)条件下拉伸,加入成核剂的PLLA样品断裂应力显著增加。110℃拉伸过程中,成核剂和取向对PLLA的结晶具有协同促进作用。在注塑保压1 min条件下,成核的PLLA样品热变形温度达到160℃,表明成核后的样品耐热性能大幅度提高。Poly (L-lactide) (PLLA) and its blend with nucleator were prepared by melt processing. The effect of nucleator on the crystallization behavior and heat resistance property of PLLA was studied systematically by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), heat deflection temperature tester (HDT) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Furthermore, the crystallization and orientation behavior of PLLA and its blend during stretching under different temperatures were investigated by wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS). The results indicated that the muhiamide compound (TMC-328) could increase the crystallization rate and crystallinity of PLLA. The crystallization half-time reduced to 0. 53 min from 1.79 min when the isothermal crystallization temperature was 110℃. The fracture stress of nucleated PLLA was improved at different levels as the stretching temperature was higher than the glass transition temperature ( Tg). Nucleating agent and stretching had synergistic effects on the crystallization of PLLA under 110℃. When the mold temperature was 110℃ and the annealing time was 1 min, the HDT of nucleated PLLA reached as high as 160℃ , indicating that the heat resistance of PLLA was improved greatly.
