摘  要:利用拉伸流变为主的叶片挤出机制备PA6/硫酸钙晶须(CSW)复合材料,研究了CSW的质量分数对复合材料微观形貌、热学性能、流变性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:CSW在PA6基体中能较好分散并较完善地保持其长径比;CSW质量分数为5%~10%时,复合体系的剪切黏度最大;差示扫描分析和广角x射线衍射表明:CSW质量分数的增加引起PA6的结晶变化,但对PA6的熔融行为影响很小;力学测试结果表明:随着CSW质量分数的提高,体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均有不同程度的提高,而冲击强度则有一定程度的降低。The PA6/CSW composite were prepared by vane extruder based on elongational rheology. The effect of CSW content on the micro structure, the thermal behaviors and the mechanical properties of PA6/CSW composite were investigated. The results showed that the granule of CSW were well-dispersed in polymer matrix and the length-diameter ratio of CSW did not change significantly. When the content of CSW was 5% - 10% ,the shear viscosity of composite was the maximum. DSC and WAXD observed that the CSW changed the crystallization of PA6, but the introduction of CSW almost had no effect on the melting behavior of PA6. The mechanical properties indicated that its tensile strength and flexural strength were improved with an increase in CSW loading, but the impact strength decreased.
