《辽史》所记“善医”官员及其仕进

摘　　要：《辽史》记载有8位"善医"官员,其中包含契丹人、汉人和吐谷浑人。辽代"善医"者虽然出身不同,既有皇亲国戚,也有卑微的下层民众,但却都因为其精湛的医术得到统治者的器重。他们或成为专门的医官,或为朝官、部族官、地方官。此外,石刻文献和《契丹国志》也提及有"善医"官员数位。从"善医"者的仕进看,辽代医者的社会地位还是较高的。Liao History recorded the eight ＂perfect physicians＂ which contained the Khitans,Chinese and the Tuyuhun tribe.Although the ＂perfect physicians＂ of Liao Dynasty had different backgrounds,they are valued by ruler on account of their excellent medical skills.These ＂perfect physicians＂ are from both the royal and the lower classes,who became special medical officials or Chaoguan,tribal officials,local officials.In addition,stone carving literature and the Qidan National Records also referred to some ＂perfect physicians＂.From the official career of ＂perfect physicians＂,it is found that the social status of the physicians are higher in Liao Dynasty.
