摘　　要：本文基于江苏省2000-2014年的数据,采用主成分分析法实证考察江苏省制度因素对外商直接投资的作用机制。实证结果表明制度因素对FDI引进数量与质量都起到正向促进作用,其中开放制度、市场制度、环境制度作用显著。而金融制度对FDI引进数量和以欧美投资占比为衡量指标的FDI质量起到负向作用,这可能是由于金融深化改革造成的中小企业挤占外资份额以及未能跨越门槛值两个因素所致。Based on the data of -2014 in Jiangsu province in 2000, using principal component analysis method to study the effect of institutional factors on foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province. The empirical results show that institutional factors play a positive role in promoting the quantity and quality of FDI, which has a significant effect on the open system, market system and environment system. And the financial system of FDI introduction of quantity and investment in Europe and the United States accounted for to measure indicators of the quality of FDI plays a negative role, which may be due to financial deepening caused by small and medium enterprises occupy foreign share and failed to cross the threshold value by a factor of two.
