摘　　要：摘要香港作为国际化金融中心，其物流产业相当发达规范，本文通过对香港冷链物流行业现状及其物业价值的阐述，以及对国内冷链物流行业发展及存在问题的分析，提出了将香港模式借鉴应用到国内物流行业中的构想，以此来优化我们冷链物流中的设计形式和运营模式。As an international financial center, Hongkong logistics industry is quite developed. Based on the current situation of Hongkong cold chain logistics industry and the values of property described, combined with the analysis of the development and existing problems of cold chain logistics industry in China. We propose the Hongkong model be applied to domestic logistics industry in order to optimize the design and operation mode of cold chain logistics.
