摘  要:运用传输矩阵法对含富勒烯的光子晶体全方向反射器的全向反射带进行分析,分析了该全向反射器的带边位置,带宽的变化规律。结果表明,TE模和TM模的全向反射带位置和宽度基本不受周期N的影响。随中心波长的增加,TE模和TM模的全向带带边向长波方向移动,带宽也会加大。折射率比变大,左带边左移,右带边右移,带宽也会变宽。研究结果将对新型光子晶体器件,如高质量窄带全方向反射器的设计起到积极指导作用。The structure of 1-D photonic crystal omnidirectional reflector with fullerene films was designed using the method of transfer matrix. The rule of the position and width of the omnidirectional reflection band changing with structure parameters was analyzed. The results show that period N does not affect the position and width of the omnidirectional reflection band. With the central wavelength increasing, the position of omnidirectional reflection hand will move to a longer wavelength direction, meanwhile bandwidth will increase. With refractive index ratio in creasing, the left band edge will move left, the right band edge will move right, and thus the bandwidth will increase. These results will play an important role in the design of novel photonic crystal devices, such as high quality narrow band omnidirectional reflector.
