摘 要:目的探讨溶血标本对心肌损伤标志物检测结果的影响。方法选取该院2014年3月‐2015年2月门诊实施心肌损伤标志物检测患者的溶血标本52对。结果溶血后心肌损伤标志物谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)和肌红蛋白(MYO)均较溶血前显著升高(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)和肌红蛋白(MYO)等物质含量随溶血程度的增加逐渐升高,不同血红蛋白(Hb)含量的心肌损伤标志物谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)和肌红蛋白(MYO)水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶血会显著影响心肌损伤标志物的检测结果,一般会使检测结果升高。[Objective] To investigate the effect of hemolysis on the test results of myocardial damage markers. [Methods] Fifty-two pairs of the hemolytic samples of patients were selected from March 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital. [Results] After hemolysis, levels of myocardial injury markers such as aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and myoglobin (MYO) were significantly increased compared with those before hemolysis (P 〈0.05). Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and myoglobin (MYO) were increased with the increase of hemolysis degree, and the difference in aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and myoglobin (MYO) levels were statistically significant among different content of Hb (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Hemolysis can significantly affect the detection of myocardial injury markers, and the detecting results will be increased because of hemolysis.
