摘 要:目的观察健康教育路径在重型再生障碍性贫血患者护理中的应用与效果。方法临床纳入70例重型再生障碍性贫血患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,研究组实施健康教育路径,对照组实施常规护理。观察两组患者干预后对治疗效果的影响情况;观察两组患者相关疾病知识知晓率和并发症发生情况;观察两组患者心理情况,包括焦虑、抑郁以及自尊心情况,分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自尊自评量表(SES)进行评估;观察干预后两组患者对治疗的依从率以及对护理工作满意率。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为97.14%、88.57%,两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疾病知识知晓率、并发症发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后SAS、SDS和SES评分分别为(36.29±3.92)、(32.50±2.96)及(44.00±3.85)分,对照组干预后SAS、SDS、SES评分分别为(42.02±3.98)、(39.14±3.61)及(38.25±3.03)分,两组患者干预后SAS、SDS和SES评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组、对照组治疗依从率分别为100.00%、91.43%,两组患者治疗依从率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理工作满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施健康教育路径能够有效促进治疗效果,提高重型再生障碍性贫血患者对疾病相关知识掌握程度,显著降低并发症的发生。另外,还能够提高患者治疗依从率,有效改善长期患病过程中出现的抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,提高患者对临床护理工作的满意程度。[Objective] To observe the application and effect of health education pathway in patients with severe aplastic anemia. [Methods] Seventy cases of patients with severe aplastic anemia were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission. The study group was implemented health education pathway, and the control group was received routine nursing care. The influence of the intervention on the two groups of patients after treatment was observed; the knowledge about disease and the complications of the two groups of patients were observed; the psychological conditions including anxiety, depression and self-esteem of the two groups of patients were observed, and evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), SelfRating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Esteem Scale (SES); the compliance rate of the two groups after the intervention and the satisfaction rate of nursing work were observed. [Results] The total effective rate in the study group was 97.14%, in the control group was 88.57%, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05); the disease knowledge awareness rate and the complication rate in the study group were both higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05); the scores of SAS, SDS and SES in the study group were (36.29±3.92), (32.50±2.96), (44.00±3.85), and the control group (42.02±3.98), (39.14±3.61), (38.25±3.03), and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05); the treatment compliance rate of the study group was 100%, of the control group was 91.43%, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05); the satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The implementation of health education pathway can effectively promote the treatment effect, improve the degree of mastering disease-related knowledge, and significantly reduce the occurrence of complications.
