摘　　要：采用营养袋扦插育苗的方法育苗,并将Pt菌剂放入袋中进行菌根化处理,探讨Pt菌荆对尾叶桉(Eucalyptus urophylla)扦插苗生长的影响,实验结果表明最适合尾叶桉扦插生长的Pt菌剂浓度为10g,尾叶桉的苗高、地径、干重均达到了最大值,分别为18.9cm、1.46mm、6.8g,分别比对照提高了75.0%、78.0%、94.2%。Explore the impact on cutting seedling growth of Eucalyptus urophylla deal with Pt agents through cutting seedling in nutrition bag and putting the Pt agent into the bag of mycorrhizal treatment. The results show that the most suitable concentration of Pt agent is 10 g,and the seedling height,diameter,dry weight of Eucalyptus urophylla reached the maximum value,respectively 18.9cm,1.46mm,6.8g,is 75.0% ,78.0% , 94.2%higher than that of control.
