摘　　要：随着社会的发展,成品油长输管道需要改线的工程项目越来越多,因改线工程涉及带压封堵、油品回收、旧管段处理及地形地貌恢复等环节,加强成品油长输管道各环节施工安全管理尤为必要,以某成品油长输管道一段位改线工程为背景,对成品油长输管道改线中油品回收环节应注意的问题进行阐述,为今后成品油长输管道类似改线工程提供借鉴。With development of society,more and more change projects of long-distance pipelines are required.Since the project involves blocking with pressure,oil recovery,old pipe handling and topography recovery,it is necessary to strengthen the construction safety management of the change projects.Taking a change project of certain long-distance pipeline as the background,this paper expatiates on the dos and donts in the change project of long-distance pipelines.And this provides some reference for the similar change projects of long-distance pipelines in future.
