摘 要:统计分析了2006—2014年发生的84起国内石油化工企业的储罐事故案例,从事故类别、事故等级、事故发生时间、化学品种类、火灾爆炸事故等几方面进行统计分析的结果表明:按事故类别划分,发生事故起数以火灾爆炸事故为主;按事故级别划分,发生事故起数最多的是一般事故;按事故发生的月份划分,6月、8月、10月为事故高发时段;按每天时间段划分,10:00—12:00和14:00—16:00两时间段发生事故几率较高;发生石油化工储罐事故的化学品种类繁多,且危险性较大;发生火灾爆炸事故,由明火引起的石油石化储罐事故位居首位;按火灾爆炸事故模式划分,发生爆炸事故最多。依据统计结果提出避免或减少石油石化储罐事故的对策措施。This paper makes a statistical analysis on the84 storage tank accidents in Chinese petrochemical enterprises from 2006 to 2014 from such aspects as accident category,accident levels,time of the accidents,types of chemicals,fire and explosion accidents.The results show that:the number of accidents is mainly fire and explosion according to accident category;the largest number of accidents is general accident according to accident level division;June,August and October are the periods of high incidence for accidents according to the months for accident occurrence;two periods,10;00- 12:00and 14:00-16;00,are the time with higher probability of accidents according to the time period of every day;a wide range of chemical varieties occur in petrochemical storage tank accidents and they are more dangerous;there are most petrochemical storage tank accidents caused by fire among the fire explosion accidents;there are most explosion accidents according to fire and explosion accident modes.Based on the statistical results,this paper proposes some countermeasures for avoiding or reducing petrochemical storage tank accidents.
