摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石护理中的应用效果。方法:东南大学附属中大医院泌尿外科2015年1-12月对730例输尿管结石患者行经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,将外科快速康复理念应用于围手术期护理,观察快速康复外科理念在经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石护理中的应用效果。结果:应用外科快速康复理念在围手术期护理中,724例患者无明显并发症发生,术后发热3例,结石在碎石过程中重新返回肾盂2例,输尿管黏膜剥脱1例。结论:快速康复外科能减少术后并发症,增加患者舒适感,加速患者的康复。Objective： To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the application of the transurethral ureterosenpy holminm laser lithotripsy.Method： From January 2015 to December 2015 in Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital Uropoiesis Surgical Department, 730 patients with ureteral calculi ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy through the urinary tract, surgical rapid rehabilitation concept was applied for perioperative care, the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the application of the transurethral ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy was observed.Result ： Applieation of rapid rehabilitation eoncept of surgery in perioperative nursing, 724 cases without obvious complications, postoperative fever were 3 cases, rubble return pelvic were 2 cases in the process of calculus removed, ureteral mucosa stripped was 1 case.Conclusion： Rapid rehabilitation surgery can redtuce the postoperative complications, increase patient comfort, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
