摘　　要：目的:分析经桡动脉介入治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法:对笔者所在医院心血管科2015年9月-2016年3月收治的65例经桡动脉途经行冠状动介入诊治的患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果:本研究中穿刺成功率为96.92%,冠状动脉造影成功率为63.08%,术后并发症发生率为12.31%。结论:经桡动脉介入治疗冠心病的临床疗效显著,并发生症少。Objective： To analyze the transradial interventional treatment of coronary heart disease in clinical efflcacy.Method： The clinical data of 65 cases of transradial coronary intervention via line diagnosis and treatment in our hospital cardiology from September 2015 to March 2016 were analyzed.Result： In this study, the success rate of puncture was 96.92%, coronary angiographic success rate was 63.08%, postoperative complication rate was 12.31%.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of transradial interventional treatment of coronary heart disease is significantly, and less occurrence of disease.
