摘　　要：本文介绍了配电网运行记录系统的通信设计方案。配电网运行记录系统主要用于电网运行数据实时采集和电网运行分析。首先讨论了选择基于电话的远程通信方式的原因,针对此系统,详细讨论了通信结构、协议、冗余措施在内的系统设计。最后介绍了通信的编程实现。This paper presents the communication desig n of distribution power network running -log system.This system is desig ned for real-time data collection and power network status analysizing .This paper discusses the reasons why to chose the communication way based on telephone network,presents the desig n and pro-g ramming of communication.
