摘　　要：介绍了一种以80C196KC单片机为核心的多路温度检测仪的硬件设计和软件设计,将EEPROM做数据存储器保存各种参数,用来标定系统,校正测量结果;采用高精度的恒流源保证系统的稳定性和精度。This paper introduces the software and hardware desig n of a temperature sig nal sample and detection based on80C196KB.The instrumentation uses EEPROM as data memory to save many parameters.A constant current source with hig h precision is adopted in the instrumentation to improve the stability and precision.
