摘 要:采用以丙交酯和己内酯为单体,制备无规共聚物聚(ε-己内酯-丙交酯)P(C L-LA),然后再按照10%、20%、30%的比例与聚乳酸共混。采用吹塑成膜工艺制备改性薄膜。采用核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱仪、红外光谱仪等对结构进行表征,采用热力学分析仪和万能拉伸机对材料热性能和机械性能进行研究。结果表明,加入的共聚物起到了增韧聚乳酸的作用。改性后的聚乳酸断裂伸长率随共聚物的含量增加而增大。The lactide and ε-caprolactone was used as monomersto preparethe random copolymer,P(CL-LA). The random copolymer was used to blend with poly(lactic acid)(PLA) by different weight contents for improving the mechanical behaviors of PLA. 1H-NMR, GPC, and IR were used to characterizate the structure of the copolymer and the blends was used. The thermal properties were studied by thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA) and the mechanical properties were confirmed through universal mechanical machine. The tensile properties, especially for elongation at break, were improved by increasing the content of P(CL-LA).
