摘　　要：化工企业的生产和发展,离不开化工设备的稳定运行,要保证该设备的稳定运行,必须做好施工质量管理工作,这是整体设备稳定运行的前提,也是整个企业发展的关键。浅析化工设备安装的施工管理,希望对该行业的发展有所帮助。The development and production of chemical industry is inseparable from stable operation of chemical equipment, construction quality management should be completed to ensure stable operation of equipment, which is a prerequisite for stable operation of the overall device and the key to the development of whole enterprises. Construction management of chemical equipment installation was analyzed in this paper, hoping to help the development of the industry.
