清代徽州妇女经济活动初探——以徽州文书为例

摘　　要：徽州文书是研究徽学的重要原始资料,其中包含了大量关于清代徽州妇女经济生活的契约,如各种土地、房产的买卖租赁契约,婚书买卖契约,经济诉讼契约,分家阄书等等,这一系列活动向我们展示了清代徽州妇女的基本经济生内容,揭示出徽州妇女的经济生活面貌,对于考察清代其他地区妇女常见的经济活动有着示范性作用。Huizhou documents is an important original material for the Huixue, which contains a large number of the economic contracts about Huizhou women in the Qing dynasty, such as various contracts of buying or selling or renting land and house, marriage ideal contracts, economic litigation contracts, distributing property contracts and so on. These a series of economic activities show the Huizhou women＇ s basic economic content in the Qing dynasty to us. They reveal the outlook about Huizhou women＇ s economic life. All in all these economic activities have an exemplary role in investigating women＇ s common economic activities at other area in the Qing dynasty.
