摘　　要：目的:建设医院信息系统(HIS)集成与交换平台,实现主要应用系统闭环管理,达到数据标准化交互与共享,提高医院核心竞争力。方法:通过医院信息集成与交换平台建设,捋顺医院业务流程,重新构建HIS集成与交换平台。统一数据标准,降低信息集成与信息交换的难度。结果:HIS集成与交换平台的构建,实现了以患者为中心的临床信息集成、业务协同可视化配置和监控,并可扩展;有效降低了信息化数据交互成本,优化医疗服务流程;实现院内院外互联互通,满足信息交换和数据共享需求;医院数据整合率和有效利用率得到提高,医院业务交互质量、管理水平和科研水平均有所提升。结论:HIS集成与交换平台的建设能够使医院各系统实现互联互通,将数据的利用率最大化,提升各业务科室、临床部门对数据利用的能力,提升医院医疗服务的核心竞争力。Objective： To construct hospital information systems（HIS） integration and exchange platform, realize the main application closed-loop management system, achieve standardization of data exchange and sharing, and improve the core competitiveness of the hospital. Methods： HIS and exchange platform, could rearrange business process, reconstruct the hospital information systems, and reduce the difficulty level of information integration and exchange. Results： The construction of HIS integration and exchange platform could achieve a patient-centric clinical information integration, business synergies visual configuration and monitoring, and could be extended. It also could reduce the information data exchange costs effectively, optimize health care processes, achieve interconnection hospital inside and outside, meet the needs of the information exchange and data sharing, improve the hospital data integration and effective utilization rate, and promote the quality of hospital business interactions and the level of management and scientific research. Conclusion： The construction platform enables hospitals to achieve interconnection hospital inside and outside, maximize utilization of the data, enhance and inspire the ability of using data of each business and clinical department, and improve hospital core competitiveness.
