摘　　要：目的:研究医用内窥镜系统的清洗消毒与保养方法。方法:针对各种内窥镜系统保养与清洗消毒存在的问题,分析医用内窥镜系统的结构,提出内窥镜系统硬镜和软镜的清洗消毒具体方法,并对其各部件严格按照操作规范进行维护和保养。结果:经过临床测试,医用内窥镜系统的清洗消毒与保养方法的应用,大幅度减少了内窥镜传播感染的风险,合格率达到90%以上,使内窥镜的使用寿命得到延长。结论:加强医用内窥镜的清洗消毒及质量控制,可最大限度地减少故障率和感染源,保证临床安全使用。Objective： To research on the methods of maintenance and cleaning and disinfection of medical endoscope systems. Methods： According to the problems from methods of the maintenance and cleaning and disinfection, we analyzed the structures of the medical endoscope systems, put forward the methods of cleaning and disinfection of the rigid and soft endoscopes, and maintained the each components referring to the operation specification strictly. Results： After clinical testing, the application of the methods can significantly reduce the risks of transmitted infections of the endoscopic,in order to extend the working lifetime. Conclusion： Strengthening the cleaning and disinfection and quality control of the medical endoscope can reduce the failure rate and infectious source and ensure safe use in clinical.
