摘　　要：目的:探讨实施医疗设备周期巡检和预防性维护保养方案,保证医疗设备运行的安全性和有效性。方法:将医疗设备的预防性维护保养、周期巡检、设备维修以及质量监督和质量控制有机结合,制定常用医疗设备的巡检规程,实施医疗设备预防性维护保养和周期巡检。结果:按照巡检规程对大型设备和急救医学装备进行例行巡检,避免了由医疗设备所引起的物理风险和性能风险,从而保证设备的性能状态良好,确保临床的使用安全。结论:医疗设备周期巡检和预防性维护保养的实施,可以有效降低故障率、平均故障时间以及非正常损坏的概率,保障医疗设备的正常运行。Objective： To discuss the periodical checking and preventive maintenance for the medical equipment so as to ensure the security and effectiveness of the medical equipment. Methods： To combined the preventive maintenance with the periodical check, repairing and quality control and discuss the importance of the preventive maintenance and periodical checking and induce the directive rules of the periodical checking. Results： If performing the periodical checking according to the directive rules, the physics risks and the performance risks caused by the medical equipments should be avoided. The failure rate and improper damage of the medical equipment can be reduced. Conclusion： The periodical checking and preventive maintenance for the medical equipment can reduce the failure rate and mean time to failure effectively, in order to ensure the safety of the medical equipment.
