摘 要:为保障高速铁路中等跨度桥梁在自然灾害及突发事件中的应急抢修(建)和短期使用,需研制适应高速铁路桥梁特点的抢修器材。对高速铁路中等跨度桥梁抢修器材的适用条件、相关设计指标、运输及拼装架设要求等进行了分析,提出主要适用跨度为24m和32m;设计荷载采用ZK活载;设计时速为货列80km/h、客列120km/h;梁体横竖向刚度要求参照《铁路桥涵设计基本规范》进行选取;最大单元长度12m,质量25t;拼架时间为6h完成一孔32m梁的架设。该技术指标反映了器材的先进性,也为该器材的设计提供重要依据。To ensure the rush-repair(-erecting)and the short-term use of the medium-span bridges of high speed railways in natural disasters and other emergencies,rush-repair materials and equipment suitable for the characteristics of high-speed railway bridges have to be studied and developed,in which case the suitable conditions and the corresponding design targets of the rush-repair materials and equipment,the requirements in their transportation,assembly and erection are analyzed in the paper,with the main suitable sizes of span of 24 mand 32msuggested.The design load adopts the ZK live load;the design speed for freight trains is 80km/h,passenger trains120km/h;the horizontal and vertical stiffness requirements of the beam body are based on the Basic Norms for the Design of Railway Bridges and Culverts;the maximum length of a unit is 12 m,25tons in weight;it takes 6hours to complete the erection of a 32 mbeam.The technical index shows that the equipment is advanced,which also provides important grounds for the design of the equipment.
