摘  要:针对一座跨海大桥的承台施工,基于地质条件和海洋环境,设计了带有钢筋混凝土底板的钢吊箱围堰,而且钢吊箱的箱壁和钢筋混凝土底板分别加工制作。针对不同的工况,对钢吊箱的箱壁和预制底板以及封底混凝土进行了设计和计算,计算结果均满足要求。针对分体式钢吊箱围堰,制定了切实可行的施工方案,并且通过安装细节的设计,确保方案可行。该钢吊箱围堰富有创意的设计和安全施工取得了良好的经济效益,可以为类似海上桥梁承台围堰的设计和施工提供有益的参考。Aiming at the construction of a sea-crossing bridge,and in the light of the geological conditions and the situation of the marine environment,a steel box cofferdam with the reinforced concrete floor is designed in the paper,the wall and the reinforced concrete floor of which are made separately.With different construction and working conditions taken into account,the wall of the steel boxed cofferdam,the reinforced concrete floor and the bottoming concrete are designed and calculated.It is found that all the calculation results are up to the requirements.In addition,apractical construction program is also designed for the split steel boxed cofferdam.With all the fixing details carefully designed,the feasibility of the program is safely ensured.The creative design and the safe construction of the steel boxed cofferdam help achieve good economic benefits,which can serve as a useful reference for the design and construction of other similar cofferdams for other marine bridges.
