摘　　要：高校腐败给大学形象、教育公平、社会风气等方面带来诸多危害,而现有的高校腐败预防模式虽取得了一定成效,但还存在预防主体单一、预防措施作用不够等弊端,因而难以有效预防高校腐败问题的发生。因此,需要从客观上建立新的、科学的预防机制。而当前,在大力构建现代大学制度的背景下,应充分发挥现代大学制度的导向作用,以法治化的手段推进高校腐败预防机制建设,从根源上预防和治理腐败。University corruption brings harms for university image, education fairness, social trends.Existing university corruptionprevention has gained achievements, but is hard to prevent corruption from happening due to its single subject, ineffective preventive measures. Therefore, we need to establish new scientific objectivepreventive mechanism. At present, under the background of constructing the modern university system, which should play a guiding role and the means of rule by law promoting the construction of corruption prevention mechanisms in order to prevent and control corruption at the roots.
