丝/麻织物的阻燃整理及性能研究

摘　　要：采用硼酸、丙三醇、尿素为原料配置膨胀型阻燃整理液对丝/麻织物进行阻燃整理,对整理前后织物的阻燃性能、断裂强力、抗弯曲长度、白度进行了测试,优化了整理工艺,并对织物整理前后的残炭形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明:经过阻燃整理后,丝/麻织物的极限氧指数在33%左右,断裂强力提高了2.8%,抗弯曲强度提高了3.8%,整理过程对织物白度几乎没有影响;经50次水洗,织物的极限氧指数仍在27%以上,具有良好的耐水洗性。The silk / hemp fabric was finished by intumescent flame retardant which consisted of boric acid,glycerol and urea. After finishing,the flame retardant properties,tensile strength,anti bending length,and whiteness of fabrics were tested. The morphology of carbon residue after and before finishing the fabrics was observed. The results show that after flame retardant finishing,LOI（ limit oxygen index） of silk / hemp fabrics reaches about 33%; the tensile strength increased by 2. 8%; the bending strength increased by 3. 8%; the finishing process has little effect on the whiteness of the fabrics. After washing the fabrics 50 times,the LOI of the fabrics is still above 27%,indicating that the fabric had good fastness to washing.
