摘  要:果多水电站工程区海拔达3 400 m左右,多年平均气温5.6℃,昼夜温差大,外来物资运输条件差;受工程区特殊的自然气候及地理环境条件影响,与内地水电工程相比,独具特色。笔者全面介绍了在上述特殊地理和气象条件下开展勘测设计工作的方式和方法,碾压混凝土筑坝技术,施工组织设计,机电及金属结构设计,在工程施工过程中动态设计、持续优化,充分考虑工程的经济性和施工的便利等。Guoduo Hydropower Station is located at the altitude of about 3400m, where the material transportation is under poor condition and the climate is featured by large different temperature between day and night,with an annual average temperature of 5.6℃. Affected by the special natural climate and geographical environment, this project has its own characteristics when compared with other hydropower projects. Survey and designmethod, RCC dam construction, construction organization design, electromechanical and hydraulic steel structuredesign, which are adopted by the project under the above special geographical and meteorological conditions, arediscussed in the paper. The principles of dynamic design and continual optimization are followed during the construction process; meanwhile, full consideration is given to the engineering economy, construction convenience,etc.
