摘 要:利用拉氏指数分解分析法,深入分析了2005~2013年结构因素和效率因素对济宁市工业节水的影响效果.结果表明:济宁市工业经济增长与水资源消耗量呈同向增长趋势,但工业经济增速高于水资源消耗,二者之间呈现显著的U型曲线关系;济宁市工业水资源消耗具有显著的资源密集型行业导向性特征;结构因素与效率因素共同促进了济宁市工业节水,其中效率因素对工业用水一直保持着较为显著的抑制作用,而结构因素表现出明显的不确定性.促进工业结构高级化、绿色化转型,大力推进节水技术创新,是提高济宁市工业节水效果的关键路径.By using the Laspeyers index decomposition method,the influence of structure factor and efficiency factor on industrial water-saving is analyzed from 2005 to 2013in Jining.The results indicate that industrial economic growth and water consumption tend to decrease in the same direction,but the industrial economy growth is higher than water consumption,presenting a comparatively typical model U relation between the two variables.Industrial water consumption has significant resource intensive industry orientation characteristic in Jining.Moreover,both structure and efficiency are factors which promote industrial water saving in Jining,but the efficiency factor has obvious inhibitory effect on industrial water,and the structural factor shows obvious uncertainty.As a result,the key path to improve the effect of industrial water-saving in Jining is to promote industrial structure upgrading and green transformation,and to promote water-saving technology innovation.
