青海省三角城种羊场绵羊传染性胸膜肺炎的血清学鉴定

摘　　要：从三角城羊场疑似该病的病死绵羊中采集肺组织、胸腔积液、腹腔积液各1份,经对肺组织、胸腔积液、腹腔积液PCR鉴定确诊为绵羊肺炎支原体感染;血清样品81份,经IHA方法进行血清学检测,检出23份阳性,分析得出该羊场绵羊肺炎支原体血清阳性率为28.40%。We collected one sample of lung tissue, pleural effusion, and abdominal cavity effusion from Sanjiaocheng Sheep Breeding Farm of Qinghai Province. We conducted PCR for these samples,the result was positive for mycoplasma ovipneumoniae. 84 serum samples were detected by indirect hemagglutination assay,23 were positive,the positive rate was 28. 40% ,PCR identification and pathogen separation on Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae in positive samples with IHA,it will provide the basis for the diagnosis of the contagious ovine pleuropneumo-nia disease.
