摘 要:目的探讨乌鲁木齐三甲医院护士职业认同与职业获益现状及两者的相关性。方法2015年10-12月对乌鲁木齐三甲医院497名注册护士进行护士职业认同和职业获益问卷调查,收集护士职业获益感和职业认同感的相关评分数据,并进行统计分析。结果乌鲁木齐三甲医院护士职业认同总分为(101.717±19.366)分,职业获益总分为(111.394±18.955)分,均处中上水平;性别、学历和编制对护士职业认同与职业获益感的影响不大(P〉0.05);不同民族和不同职称护士的职业认同和职业获益差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。护士职业认同与职业获益感各维度呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐三甲医院护理人员职业认同及职业获益呈正相关,引导护士感受职业获益感有助于提高职业认同水平,更好地投入工作。Objective To study the current situation of occupational self-identity and professional benefit of the nurses in Tertiary Hospital of Urumqi and analyze its correlation. Methods 497 nurses in different nationalities chosen in Tertiary Hospitals of Urumqi were investigated by means of nurse's occupational self-identity scale and professional benefit scale. The scores of nurse's occupational self-identity and professional benefit were collected and analyzed sta- tistically. Results The total score of nurse's occupational self-identity in Tertiary Hospitals of Urumqi was (101.717± 19.366) points; the total score of nurses professional benefit was (111.394±18.955) points, in the upper middle level. There were no statistically significant differences in occupational self-identity and professional benefit among nurses with different genders, education, and authorized sizes (P 〉 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in occupational self-identity and professional benefit among nurses with different ethnics and professional title (P 〈 0.05). The each dimension of occupational self-identity was significantly positively related to the professional benefit (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The nurses' occupational self-identity and professional benefit is positive correlation. To encourage or lead the nurses to feel the professional benefit is helpful to enhance the level of occupational self-identity and work efficiency.
