摘 要:炼钢车间的布置直接可以影响到车间内的物流运行、生产调度、生产效率和生产成本。分析炼钢车间布置的发展特点,综合炼钢车间内的物流运输、天车运行、车间占地面积、建设成本等4个因素建立炼钢车间布置的评价模型,提出模型的求解思路,并应用模型对两种不同的炼钢车间布置进行分析和评价,比较两种布置的优劣,对于新/改建炼钢车间的整体布置具有一定的指导意义。The layout of a steelmaking workshop(LSW) has direct influences on logistics operation, scheduling, pro- duction efficiency and production cost. Through analyzing the developing characteristics of the steelmaking work- shop, the evaluation model of LSW was proposed. There were four factors considered in the model, which were route of mass flow, interference of cranes, area of workshop and cost of construction. A solution of the model was also given, and the model was applied in the two different layouts of the steelmaking workshop. The two layouts were analyzed and evaluated, and the merits and defects were also compared. Itrs obvious that the model can give some suggestions to the layout of a building/rebuilding steel workshop.
