摘  要:利用失重法研究了纯铜在室内中性盐雾环境下的腐蚀动力学规律,结合灰度关联分析方法探讨了与户外环境下暴晒结果的相关性。结果表明,在室内和户外两种环境下,纯铜的腐蚀动力学均遵循幂函数定律;室内加速环境下纯铜的动力学规律与污染程度轻的乡村大气暴晒结果的相关性不好,而与海洋大气和工业大气暴晒结果则具有较好的相关性。最后,利用灰度分析方法建立了纯铜在户外大气环境下的寿命预测模型。The natural salt spray(NSS) induced corrosion of pure copper was investigated by weight loss measurement. The correlation of the indoor accelerated corrosion and the outdoor exposure was studied with Grey correlation method. The results show that the corrosion kinetics of pure copper in the two environments follows the exponential function. The corrosion kinetics of the indoor accelerated test does not agree with those in rural environment with low pollutants, however,it presents better relativity with those acquired from the marine and industrial atmospheres. Then a prediction model for the corrosion of outdoor exposure of pure copper in various atmospheres was established by Grey correlation method.
