摘 要:采用料浆法在不锈钢基体表面制备了SiO_2系陶瓷涂层。采用X射线衍射仪和金相显微镜分析了不同工艺下陶瓷涂层的物相组成和微观结构,同时研究了陶瓷涂层的致密性和耐蚀性。结果表明:当陶瓷骨料与水玻璃的比例为1∶10时,在850℃保温30 min可制备出结构致密、均匀和表面质量良好的陶瓷涂层;SiO_2系陶瓷涂层中既存在晶体结构又存在非晶态结构,其中主要成分为SiO_2-Mg O-Cr_2O_3-CaO的S_2配方陶瓷涂层中形成了Cr_5O_(12)等新的物相;SiO_2系陶瓷涂层在Na Cl溶液中表现出优异的耐蚀性。SiO2-based ceramic coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by a two-step process, manely the slurry of the SiO2-based ceramic was applied and then fired at elevated temperatures. The crystallographic structure and surface morphology of the prepared ceramic coatings were investigated by X- ray diffractormeter and stereomicroscope. In addition, the corrosion resistance of the ceramic coatings is also examined. The results indicate that after fired at 850 ℃ for 30 min, the ceramic coating with composition of 1 ceramic aggregate and 10 sodium silicate(in mass fraction) showed a smooth- and uniform- surface, which composed of both crystalline phase and amorphous phase. Among others there existed a new phase Cr5O12 in the coating of formula S2,whose main components are SiO2-Mg O-Cr2O3-CaO. Furthermore, the prepared SiO2-based ceramic coatingscan significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of the 304 stainless steel in concentrated Na Cl solutions.
