摘 要:[目的]研究碱敏感性鱼藤酮水凝胶的制备及其释放性能。[方法]以O-羧甲基壳聚糖(O-CMCS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料制备水凝胶并包埋鱼藤酮,缓冲液模拟不同pH值环境测定其控释性能。[结果]在15-37℃范围,水凝胶平衡溶胀度随着温度提高而呈现显著的增大趋势,但仍具有碱性敏感性。此外,温度对水凝胶中的鱼藤酮释放速率影响显著,对最终释放量影响不显著。在pH值为2、4、7.5、8.5、10的缓冲液中,鱼藤酮最适释放pH值为8.5,与昆虫中肠pH值相近,大于高等动物胃液及多数农牧业生态系统水体pH值。[结论]表明该碱敏感性鱼藤酮水凝胶在生产应用上具有实际价值,在降低鱼藤酮对高等动物及鱼类的风险上具有积极作用。[Aims] The aims were to study the preparation and evaluation of the base-sensitive hydrogel of rotenone. [Mothods] O-Carboxymethyl chitosan (O-CMCS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were used to prepare the alkaline-sensitive hydrogel which rotenone was embedded. The hydrogel was immersed in a series of buffer solution with different pH values to determine its release properties. [Rosults] The results showed that the equilibrium degree of swelling of the hydrogel increased with the increase of temperature in the range of 15 to 37℃. Temperature has a significant influence on the release rate of hydrogel ofrotenone, but does not affect its final release amount. Among different buffer solutions with pH values of 2, 4, 7.5, 8.5 and 10, the optimum pH was 8.5, which was similar to the pH of insect midgnt but larger than the pH of higher animals and forest ecosystems water. [Conclusions] This results indicated that the base-sensitive hydrogel of rotenone could reduce the risk of mtenone and had a practical value in production and applications.
