摘  要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定丁硫克百威和辛硫磷的含量。[方法]试样用甲醇溶解,采用梯度洗脱的方法,以甲醇-水为流动相,同时对丁硫克百威和辛硫磷进行分离,外标法定量。[结果]测定辛硫磷的方法线性相关系数为1.0000,变异系数为0.41%,平均回收率为99.9%;测定丁硫克百威的方法线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.90%,平均回收率为97.2%。[结论]方法满足农药产品含量分析的要求,可同时测定丁硫克百威和辛硫磷的含量。[Aims] A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of active ingredient in carbosulfan·phoxim 21% EC was established. [Methods] The sample was dissolved with methanol and analyzed by RP-HPLC using the mixture of methanol and water as the mobile phase in gradient elution method. In addition, the quantitative result was calculated by external standard method. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient for phoxim was 1.0000, the variation coefficent was 0.41%, and the average recovery was 99.9%. The linear correlation coefficient tbr carbosulfan was 0.9999, the variation coefficent was 0.90%, and the average recovery was 97.2%. [Conclusions] The method has meet the requirements of analysis of pesticide products, which can determine carbosulfan and phoxim simultaneously.
