摘　　要：以孟山都的草甘膦抗性转基因作物相关专利为研究对象,对其整体专利布局情况进行分析,系统分析孟山都在专利布局上的特点和目的,明确专利布局对于商业模式的服务作用。旨在给国内研发相关团队以启发并合理规避侵权风险。With EPSPS crops related patents of Monsanto as study object, the whole patent planning was studied, the feature and intention of patent planning were analyzed, in addition, the facilitating function of patent planning to business model was clearly stated. This article aims to inspire domestic R＆D groups to mitigate or avoid the risk of potential infringements.
