摘 要:高职院校水土保持专业的人才培养体制,旨在建立以培养实用型、技能型人才为始点,以职业能力为核心的理论和实践紧密结合的课程内容体系。以四川水利职业技术学院为例,首先对现有高职水土保持人才培养模式及实施过程中存在的障碍进行分析,然后从人才培养结构、学生具备核心专业能力、课程体系、校企共建等方面,探讨了高职水土保持的人才培养机制。Training system of Soil and Water Conservation in the higher vocational colleges, aims at establishing an integrated curriculum system that trains practical talents and skilled personnel, combines theories that focus on vocational ability and practice closely. Taking Sichuan water conservancy vocational college as an example in this paper. First of all, we analyzed the vocational training pattern in the Soil and Water conservation science at present and the obstacles existing in the process of implementation. Then, we explored and discussed the personnel training mechanism of Soil and Water Conservation science from the aspects of the structure of professional training, the students' professional competence, curriculum system and co - establishment based on the Schools and Enterprises.
