摘 要:介绍了冷锻模具的主要失效形式及影响失效的主要因素,重点阐述了基于应变、应力和能量的冷锻模具寿命评估模型,得出这些模型的国外学者考虑了模具的应力应变状态、疲劳破坏规律、模具材料性能和预应力的影响,应用其从多个角度评估了模具寿命并与真实值相比较。此外,进一步介绍了国内学者对冷锻模具损伤模型和寿命评估的研究成果。最后指出建立有效的损伤模型和寿命评估方法仍需要大量的研究工作,并从试验研究、损伤模型、寿命评估方法等方面对冷锻模具寿命评估提出展望。The main failure modes and crucial factors influencing on failure of cold forging die were introduced. Life assessment models of cold forging die were emphasized based on strain,stress and energy considered the influence of stress and strain state,fatigue damage regulation,material properties of cold forging die and pre-stress by foreign researchers. The forging die life was assessed from different angles and compared with real values,and the results of research on damage models and life assessment of cold forging die were introduced further. Finally,it was pointed out that there were still a lot of studies to carry out establishing effective damage models and life assessment methods,and outlooks were put forward through experimental studies,damage models and life assessment methods.
