摘 要:电磁成形具有冲击载荷大和成形效率高等特点。以2024铝合金板为实验对象,利用电磁脉冲局部加载的新方法对整体壁板的成形进行了一系列实验研究,重点分析了加载间距、放电电压、板厚及约束条件对铝合金板料弯曲变形的影响。结果表明:加载间距、放电电压及板料厚度的合理选取对板料的变形至关重要。板料弯曲程度随加载间距的增大而明显增大且变形轮廓比较光滑,但加载间距不宜过大。板料弯曲程度在一定范围内随放电电压和板厚的增加而增大;约束解除之后,板料变形程度较解除之前有所增大,残余应力对板料弯曲变形的影响比板料减薄作用更为显著。Electromagnetic forming has the characteristics of large impact load and high efficiency. For aluminum alloy 2024 integral panel,a series of experimental researches were carried out by a new method of local-loading electromagnetic forming. The influences of some process parameters such as loading distance,discharge voltage,plate thickness and constraint condition on the bending deformation of the aluminum alloy plate were analyzed. The results show that reasonable selections of loading distance,discharge voltage and plate thickness are critical to the deformation of flat plates. The deformation degree of metal plates increases obviously with the increase of loading distance,and the contour is smooth. However,the loading distance should not exceed a certain value. The deformation degree of metal plates also increases with the increases of discharge voltage and plate thickness within a certain range. After the constraints being removed,the bending deflection becomes larger,and residual stress has a greater impact on the bending deflection than thickness reduction.
