摘 要:利用交叉钻孔抽放技术对山西昌达煤矿2^#低透气性煤层进行瓦斯预抽。为了既能取得较好的抽放效果又能节约成本,在12601工作面进行现场试验研究,得到不同孔距交叉钻孔的百米钻孔瓦斯抽出量衰减规律,建立计算预抽率的理论方程,推算得出各孔距钻孔在预抽期为220 d时的预抽率。结果表明,在预抽期为220 d、预抽率为25%的要求下,孔距为3 m和孔距为4 m的交叉钻孔均为合理,但后者较前者工程量少,取得明显的经济效益,故孔距为4 m时最为理想。在相邻工作面进行应用,结果表明与研究相符,因此可以在本煤层其他工作面推广应用。Cross drilling drainage technology was utilized for gas pre-drainage at No.2 low permeability coal seam in Changda Coal Mine,Shanxi.Aiming at achieving optimum drainage effect and saving costs at the same time,in-situ experiment was taken at 12601 work face,figuring out attenuation law of gas drainage amount at 100-meter borehole for different 100-meter cross boreholes spacing and establishing theoretical equation of pre-drainage rate,finally computing pre-drainage rate of drilling boreholes with each hole spacing when drainage period is 220 days.The results showed that cross boreholes with 3 and 4 meters hole spacing are both reasonable under the requirement of 220 days drainage period and 25% pre-drainage rate.However,the latter one has less project work amount than the former,which means much better economic benefits,so it is optimum when holes spacing is 4 meters.Results from neighboring work faces came up to this research,further confirming that the research outcomes could be applied to other work faces at this coal seam.
