摘  要:目的探讨脓毒血症患者降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和内毒素等炎症因子与其疾病严重程度的关系,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取医院2011年1月-2015年12月ICU收治的脓毒血症患者160例,分析病原菌分布与炎症因子水平,数据采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果 160例患者共检出160株病原菌,以革兰阴性菌为主,共114株占71.25%;所有患者的CRP、PCT及LPS均与APACHE II评分呈现明显的相关性(P<0.05),其中,在革兰阴性菌感染患者中PCT相关性最高;患者PCT、CRP和LPS水平均与疾病的严重程度呈正相关。结论脓毒血症患者炎症因子水平与疾病严重程度呈正相关,为评价患者的病情,评估患者的可能感染类型及早期诊断提供临床参考。OBJECTIVE To discuss the relationships of the inflammatory factors including procalcitonin(PCT),Creactive protein(CRP)and endotoxin to severity of disease in patients with sepsis,so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 160 patients with sepsis admitted in our hospital ICU from Jan.2011 to Dec.2015 were selected to analyze the pathogenic bacteria distribution and inflammatory factor levels.SPSS 18.0was used for statistic analysis.RESULTS A total of 160 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected from the 160 patients,including mainly gram-negative bacteria 114 strains,accounting for 71.25%;all patients CRP,PCT and LPS were associated with APACHE Ⅱ scores which showed significant correlation(P〈0.05).Among them,the patients with gram-negative bacteria infection had the highest correlation with PCT.PCT,CRP and LPS levels were positively correlated to the severity of the disease.CONCLUSIONThe inflammatory factors levels in patients with sepsis are positively correlated to severity of the disease,which provides a reference for the evaluation of patient status and possible types of infections and early diagnosis.
