抗菌药物与痰热清注射液治疗老年脑卒中患者肺部感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析抗菌药物联合痰热清注射液治疗老年脑卒中合并肺部感染的安全性与临床疗效,为其临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选自医院2014年1月-12月的140例老年脑卒中合并肺部感染患者,根据住院时间,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各70例;给与对照组70例患者常规抗菌药物实施抗感染治疗,试验组70例患者在对照组治疗的基础上给与每次20ml痰热清注射液静脉滴注,重症患者用量为40ml,比较两组患者治疗效果,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组总有效率为75.71%,试验组总有效率为92.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给与治疗后,对照组重度依赖26.14%,中度依赖39.57%,轻度依赖为34.29%;试验组分别为26.14%,39.57%及34.29%。结论抗菌药物联合痰热清注射液治疗老年脑卒中合并肺炎,可明显改善临床症状,缓解患者痛苦,用药安全性较高。OBJECTIVE To analyze the safety and clinical curative effect of phlegm heat injection combined antibiotic drugs for the treatment of senile cerebral apoplexy and pulmonary infection,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 140 cases of senile cerebral apoplexy patients with pulmonary infection in the hospital from Jan.2014 to Dec.2014 were selected,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the length of hospital stay,with 70 cases of patients in each group.Control group of 70 cases of patients were treated with anti-infection treatment by conventional antibiotic drugs,experimental group of 70 cases of patients were given 20 ml phlegm heat injection intravenous drip on the basis of control group,and the dosage of critically ill patients was 40 ml.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.RESULTS Total effective rates of control group and experimental group were respectively 75.71% and 92.86%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the severe dependence,moderate dependence and slight dependence of control group were 26.14%,39.57%,and 34.29%,and those of experimental group were 26.14%,39.57%,and 34.29%,respectively.CONCLUSIONPhlegm heat injection combined antibiotic drugs for treatment of senile cerebral apoplexy combined pneumonia,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and relieve patients＇ pain,and the medication safety is high.
