宫颈鳞癌患者病变组织中人乳头状瘤病毒感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈鳞癌患者病变组织中人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染状况,分析其在宫颈癌鳞癌发病中所起的作用,为宫颈癌临床诊治提供参考依据。方法收集医院2013年1月-2015年10月诊治的213例宫颈鳞癌患者临床资料,对宫颈病变组织聚合酶链式反应（PCR）检测HPV基因型结果进行分析,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 213例患者,HPV检测阳性者203例,HPV感染率为95.31%;HPV感染阳性患者,其中单一感染113例、二重感染49例、三重感染24例、四重感染12例、五重感染5例,构成比分别占55.67%、24.14%、11.82%、5.91%、2.46%;〈40岁、40-49岁、50-59岁、≥60岁HPV高危型感染率分别为55.17%、85.71%、93.67%、100.00%,不同年龄患者HPV高危型感染率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫颈鳞癌患者病变组织中HPV感染率较高,以高危型16、18、58、53、33感染多见,高危型HPV感染与年龄有关。OBJECTIVE To discuss human papillomavirus infection status in cervical squamous cell carcinoma lesions tissues,analyze the effects in cervical squamous cell carcinomas,so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerical cancer.METHODS The clinical data of 213 patients with cervical squamous carcinoma in the hospital from Oct.2013 to Jan.2015 were collected.The cervical lesion polymerase chain reaction（PCR）was used to detect HPV genotypes,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.RESULTS Totally 203 cases of patients were detected with HPV-positive,with HPV infection rate of 95.31%.In 203 cases of HPV-positive patients,there were 113,49,24,12,and 5cases of single infection,double infection,triple infection,quadruple infection,and quintuple infection,accounting for 55.67%,24.14%,11.82%,5.91%,and 2.46%,respectively.HPV high-risk type infection rates of〈40years old,40-49years old,50-59years old,and≥60years old were 55.17%,85.71%,93.67%,and 100.00%,respectively.The infection rates of patients with different ages had significant differences（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION HPV infection rate in cervical squamous carcinoma lesions tissues is high,most common types were high-risk type 16,18,58,53,and 33,and high-risk type HPV infection is related to age.
