摘 要:目的研究小儿下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及临床耐药性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2013年5月-2015年5月诊治的640例呼吸道感染患儿,对所选的患儿进行痰液细菌培养以及药敏试验,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 640例呼吸道感染患儿送检痰液共培养出528株病原菌,以革兰阴性菌为主,共336株占63.6%,其次为革兰阳性菌,共140株占26.6%,真菌52株占9.8%;大肠埃希菌、不动杆菌属、肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南耐药率较低,均<20.0%;金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素耐药率较高,均为100.0%。结论小儿下呼吸道感染病原菌主要为革兰阴性菌,对于存在严重感染的患儿可应用亚胺培南控制感染,并依据药敏结果合理选择抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To study children lower respiratory infection pathogens distribution and clinical drug resistance,so as to provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 640 cases of children with pediatric respiratory tract infection in hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected,whose sputum bacteria were cultured and under drug sensitivity test.SPSS 17.0 was used for data analysis.RESULTS A total of 528 strains of pathogens were cultured from the sputum samples of 640 children with respiratory tract infection,mainly gram-negative bacteria with 336 strains,accounting for 63.6%,followed by 140 strains of gram-positive bacteria,accounting for 26.6%,fungi 52,accounting for 9.8%.The resistance rates of Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter and Klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem were low,all〈20.0%;The resistance rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermis to penicillin were all high 100.00%.CONCLUSIONThe pathogens of children with lower respiratory tract infection are mainly gram-negative bacteria,which could be controled by imipenem.And antibiotics should be chose reasonably based on susceptibility results.
