内镜清洗消毒流程改进对降低医院感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究改进内镜清洗消毒流程对降低医院感染发生率的效果,为临床有效控制医院感染发生提供参考依据。方法选取2012年3月-2014年3月医院内镜中心提供的内镜抽检结果及该段时间内医院感染情况为改进前资料,其后,改进内镜清洗消毒流程,并统计2014年6月-2015年6月内镜抽检结果以及同期医院感染发生情况,其中,抽检内镜及其附件500件,调查患者1 000例,比较改进前后效果,数据采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果改进前内镜检测阳性率为19.60%、合格率为79.40%、感染率为4.90%;改进后阳性率为3.20%、合格率高达96.60%、感染率降至0.70%,两组数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进内镜清洗消毒流程,可明显降低医院感染发生率,有利于提高患者临床治疗效果及预后。OBJECTIVE To study and improvement of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection effect,so as to provide evidence for clinical development of effective hospital infection control.METHODS The sampling inspection results and hospital infection status in hospital endoscopy center from Mar.2012 to Mar.2014 were selected as the data before improvements.Then the sampling inspection results and hospital infection status in hospital endoscopy center from Jun.2014 to Jun.2015 after improved endoscopic cleaning and disinfection processes were selected.Totally,the investigation of inspection endoscopic and attachments 500 pieces,and 1000 case of patients were compared between the above two sets of period.SPSS 18.0was used for data analysis.RESULTS The positive rate of endoscopic was 19.60%,pass rate 79.40%,infection rate 4.90% before improvement,but the positive rate was 3.20%,pass rate 96.60 %,and infection rate 0.70%after improvement. After comparison,the data in two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONImprovement of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infection,and help to improve clinical outcomes and prognosis.
