摘 要:目的了解不同方法清洗医疗器械和不同清洗剂清洗后进行消毒的效果,以确定更好的器械清洗方法。方法对污染器械分别使用多酶清洗液(Ⅰ组)、含氯医疗器械清洗液(Ⅱ组)和无菌水(Ⅲ组)3种方法进行浸泡后清洗,采用目测法和五倍光源放大镜观察法对清洗效果进行评价,清洗后使用戊二醛进行浸泡消毒,清洗后参照2002年版《消毒技术规范》4.7.4.1.3的检测方法对器材进行采样,比较检测结果。结果使用多酶清洗液清洗合格率,Ⅰ组目测与五倍光源放大镜观察均为100.0%;使用含氯消毒剂清洗浸泡的Ⅱ组目测率为100.0%,五倍光源放大镜观察为97.5%;使用水洗的Ⅲ组目测合格率为90.0%、五倍光源放大镜观察为75.0%;经过戊二醛清洗后酶洗组的消毒效果最好,含氯消毒剂清洗组次之,水洗组效果最差,水洗组所用戊二醛消毒液连续使用天数最短。结论使用多酶清洗剂清洗医疗器械较其他两种清洗方法优势明显。OBJECTIVE To understand the effects of disinfection of medical instruments with different methods and disinfectants so as to determine the better cleaning method.METHODS The contaminated instruments were soaked and cleaned by respectively using multiple enzyme cleaning fluid(the groupⅠ),cleaning liquid containing chlorine(the group Ⅱ),and sterile water(the groupⅢ).The cleaning effects were observed and evaluated by using visual inspection method and five times magnifying glass with light source.The instruments were soaked in glutaraldehyde for disinfection after cleaning,the instruments were sampled according to the Disinfection Technical Specifications 2002 edition 4.7.4.1.3,and the test results were observed and compared.RESULTS The qualified rate of cleaning of the group Ⅰ was 100.0% by visual inspection,100.0% by five times magnifying glass with light source.The qualified rate of cleaning of the group Ⅱ was 100.0% by the visual inspection,97.5% by five times magnifying glass with light source.The qualified rate of cleaning of the group Ⅲ was 90.0% by visual inspection,75.0% by five times magnifying glass with light source.The disinfection effect of the multiple enzyme cleaning fluid was the best after cleaning with glutaraldehyde,followed by the cleaning liquid containing chlorine,the sterile water the poorest.The duration of continuous use of glutaraldehyde disinfectant was the shortest in the sterile water group.CONCLUSIONThe cleaning effect of the multiple enzyme cleaning fluid is significantly better than that of other two cleaning methods..
