重庆部分基层医院的手术器械消毒现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查分析重庆地区部分基层医院手术器械清洗后的消毒现状和存在不合理、不规范的现象,为实施改进措施提供依据。方法从2005年3月开始,以重庆地区部分区县46家一、二级医院为调查对象,了解其消毒供应中心(室)和手术室的手术器械清洗后消毒设施配置情况和消毒实施情况,并评估是否达到"规范"的要求。结果 21家二级医院中有11家配置了全自动清洗消毒器或煮沸消毒器等专业化热力消毒设备,另有2家配备酸性氧化电位水设备,而25家一级医院都未配备专业化消毒设备;19家一级医院和10家二级医院的手术器械清洗后未消毒或消毒不规范,分别占调查一级医院数、二级医院数的76.0%和47.6%。结论基层医院特别是一级医院的手术器械清洗后消毒普遍存在较大缺陷,需要加强从业人员技能培训、加大消毒设施投入和管理者的重视、指导、督促,才能保证手术器械清洗后的消毒质量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfection status of surgical instruments after cleaning,and the unreasonable and nonstandard phenomenon in 46first-level and second-level hospitals in Chongqing,so as to provide references for improvement measures.METHODS Since Mar.2005,46first-level and second-level hospitals in Chongqing were selected as the objects of investigation,the disinfection facilities and the disinfection method implementation of surgical instruments after cleaning in the disinfection supply center and operating room were analyzed,and whether to meet the requirements of the ＂standard＂ was evaluated.RESULTS Totally 11 hospitals were equipped with professional thermal disinfection equipments,such as automatic cleaning sterilizer or boiling sterilizer,another 2were equipped with electrolyzed oxidizing water equipment,and 25first-level hospitals were not equipped with any professional disinfection equipments.Totally 19first-level hospitals and 10second-level hospitals had no disinfection of surgical instruments after cleaning or the disinfection were not standardized,accounting for76.0% and 47.6%,respectively.CONCLUSION Basic-level hospitals,especially the first-level hospitals,have large defects in the disinfection of surgical instruments after cleaning.It needs to strengthen staff skills training,increase the investment and management of disinfection facilities,and enhance the attention,guidance and supervision of governors,so as to ensure the disinfection quality of surgical instruments after cleaning.
