新加坡大学生创业教育的成功经验及启示

摘　　要：在当今的知识经济时代下,大学生的创业教育是高等教育发展的必然要求。新加坡是亚太地区进行创业教育较早并且较为成功的国家,从政府的大力支持到大学生创业教育课程的国际化、大学生创业教育教师的专业化、大学生创业教育教学的现代化以及创业教育产业的成果化等方面都很好地展现了新加坡创业教育实施的成功一面。因此,我国要进行大学生创业教育,可以借鉴新加坡创业教育的优秀经验。我国应营造创业教育发展的良好政策环境,培养创业教育高素质教师队伍,提升创业教育课程体系的国际化水平,建立大学生校园创业服务体系。In the time of knowledge economy, undergraduate entrepreneurship education is the inevitable requirement of the development of higher education. Singapore starts earlier than other countries in the Asia-Pacific region and succeeds in entrepreneurship education. The success of entrepreneurship education in Singapore. lies in the government＇s strong support, the internationalization of undergraduate entrepreneurship education curriculum, the specialization of undergraduate entrepreneurship education teachers, the modernization of undergraduate entrepreneurship education teaching and the results of entrepreneurship education industry. Therefore, if China decides to carry on the undergraduate entrepreneurship education, we can draw lessons from Singapore＇s experience. We should create a good policy environment for the development of entrepreneurship education, establish a high-quality entrepreneurial education teacher troop, promote the internationalization level of entrepreneurship education course system, and set up a service system for college students on campus.
