摘  要:通过对NiTiCu形状记忆合金丝加载不同电流,研究了电流及其加载时间对该合金丝变形速率和变形时间的影响,得到了电流与变形时间的经验关系式。结果表明:合金丝的变形时间随着电流的增大迅速减小,但当电流增加到一定值后,变形时间趋向平稳;当电流一定时,合金丝的变形角度均随电流加载时间的延长先缓慢再快速增大,最后趋向平稳,可见合金丝的变形速率先增加后减小;由电流与变形时间的经验关系式得到的曲线与测试数据吻合较好。The effects of current and its loading time on the deformation rate and deformation time of NiTiCu shape memory alloy wire were investigated by loading different current levels into the alloy wire, and then the empirical formula of the current and deformation time was obtained. The results show that the deformation time of the alloy wire first decreased rapidly with the increase of current then tended to be stable when the current increased to a certain value. Under the same current, with the increase of current loading time, the deformation angle of the alloy wire first increased slowly then rapidly, and finally tended to be stable, indicating the first increased then decreased deformation rate of the alloy wire. The calculated curves by the empirical formula of the current and deformation time agreed well with the tested data.
